Hullo! don’t seem to be able to private message on here so this is the next best thing. sorry to see you removed your lemon drizzle cake recipe, I still think that it looks really promising. i’m new to vegan baking but now i’ve done a couple of vegan cakes, I’m pretty sure I know what went wrong with mine (& possibly the other persons too – though she should have greased & floured) i was too impatient to finish it, but as i’m learning vegan cakes are much more fragile than eggy ones *when still warm*, so until they’ve cooled and firmed up, it’s best to leave them alone! so i’ll be more careful from now on. any chance you’d post it up again, or maybe post it to me? please delete my negative comment on it, as it was my mistakes that ruined it. sometimes these things happen! ta :)

Hi. Thanks for posting your message! I took the recipe down as I thought it possibly needed a bit more work, contents wise and instruction wise! Don’t worry about any comments you post, please feel free, that’s what it’s all about! I’ll post it again once I’ve tried it out again :)

Hi, thanks for your lovely comments! Yes almond milk is really useful in vegan cooking, it’s really good for sauces :)

    1. The Veggie Green

Thanks for your post Celeste. I’m going to have to think about this for a bit!!! By tagging, do you mean write a blog post mentioning their name and then write a comment on their blog?

      1. I don’t know if I’m using the term right, but what I meant by “tagging” is that I posted a link to your blog on my post as a way to encourage you to play. Kind of like “tag, you’re it” in a game of tag. That’s all! Anyway, I hope you play, but no worries if you don’t have time. I know life is busy!! Celeste :)
