A few plantbased foodie ideas!

A ratatouille is such a versatile dish – you can eat it with anything! Pasta, potatoes/mash/baked, rice, couscous, quinoa, beans, nuts and seeds… anything goes.

Another great idea is to pile a load of vegetables into the oven and roast them. Once cooked tip them onto couscous or rice with chickpeas!

Or failing that, just make a big old salad :)
