I’ve been following Deliciously Ella’s blog ever since the beginning – her recipes have always appealed to me – they are simple, fresh and healthy!
The first recipe I tried was the Mexican Quinoa Bowl on page 49. It’s a great recipe! I made the full amount which turned out to be masses of food. The two of us ate it two days on the trot so I’m guessing the recipes feed four hungry people.
Today I made the Sweet Potato Brownies on page 166. Again, this was another superb recipe. This time I halved the amount as I didn’t want too many extra brownies.
