Raw Sprouted Hummus


This raw sprouted hummus is based on a recipe by The Simple Veganista and can be found here

I made a few changes to allow for our own personal taste, so the ingredients below are slightly different:

1 cup sprouted chickpeas
1 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/8 cup of water
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and enjoy with crackers, chopped vegetables, salad or toast!
