Guest Post: Tabbouleh

This is a wonderfully tasty salad made by my daughter this evening:

All you need is some –

Cooked and cooled bulgar wheat
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped cucumber
A large handful of flat leaf parsley, also roughly chopped
Half a lemon, juiced
Splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Leave aside for a few minutes for the flavours to combine. Enjoy!
