Overnight Oats

If you enjoy porridge then this is a lovely super-easy alternative, and one you can eat cold.

Serves 2:

1 cup of rolled oats, soaked in 1 to 1 1/2 cups of almond milk overnight in the fridge (depends how liquid you like it)
Fruit (fresh or frozen)
I used defrosted raspberries and banana



This is the oats in the morning after a night soaking in the fridge


Add some maple syrup and sprinkle cinnamon on top


Next some raspberries (defrosted)


Finally some chopped banana

      Also tastes really good, it’s a sort of fresher taste than cooked hot oats, recommend it! You’re right about the time-saving :)
