I thought I’d post a few food photos of what we’ve eaten recently, with links to recipes if I have them!
Today’s lunch was great – it’s so nice to start eating something that makes you think of summer. You can’t beat hummus and dips for that. I don’t have a recipe for this but basically follow a standard hummus recipe plus add some chopped fresh bell pepper, yellow or red. It was delicious.
Yesterday we had some homemade blueberry muffins. I call them mega muffins as they were absolutely enormous! The recipe is here
