Salad Dressing – Mild but Piquant (Oil Free)

I love trying out new salad dressings and am always on a quest to find the perfect topping for salad. This is the link to a dressing by Dreena Burton Citrus Tahini Dressing.

It looks and sounds delicious. I made a mild version of the dressing using only the orange juice, lemon juice, tahini, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, leaving out the garlic, ginger and oil. I stuck to the measurements in the recipe; it was enough for two people for two meals. It was brilliant on a very straightforward salad, making the plate a little more adventurous!
