Brazil Nut Sprinkle


If you’re like me then you love love LOVE nutritional yeast! But even us nooch lovers need a break occasionally. So how about this for a change: a pasta sprinkle made with brazil nuts!?

You will need:

A big handful of natural brazil nuts
A large spoonful of nutritional yeast
A little iodised salt (to keep our iodine levels up)

To do:

Food process the brazil nuts until they are chunky, pulse until you reach the right consistency – don’t do it too much, you don’t want a nut butter. Add nutritional yeast and salt and pulse.

Sprinkle over your favourite pasta dish. Enjoy!
