Day three of my search for some alternative vegan sauces. This next one is very good for putting on your veggies, for example steamed courgette.
2 cups almond milk
1 Tbsp vegan margarine
1 Tbsp potato flour
1/2-1 tsp dried dill
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a gentle heat until the sauce thickens, whisking all the time.
Taste and season. Serve over your favourite steamed veggies.
