Vegan *Parmesan*

If you want something to cheer up your pasta, this works really well… so simple too!

I was wondering what to put on our pasta apart from the tomato and garlic sauce that was lingering in the fridge. This was so quick to prepare. Just mix some ground almonds with some nutritional yeast and black pepper, and hey presto, vegan *parmesan*. Sprinkle over your dish. It really adds flavour.

  1. I love this! I also have another version of vegan parmesan that doesn’t taste remotely cheesy like nooch does, but it has a nice nutty flavor that pairs well with spaghetti and tomato sauce: crushed almonds (like, literally turned into dust) with toasted sesame seeds.
