What I Ate Wednesday

Following on from last week’s WIAW post, I thought I’d have another go! However this time the day’s vegan food photos are from Tuesday.

Usual full breakfast of OJ, muesli, toast, peanut butter, agave nectar, coffee.

Lunch was a vegetable stew/thick soup of delicious quinoa, blended tinned tomatoes, onion, garlic, turmeric, stock, courgette and carrot. Homemade bread and soya cheese, apple, biscuits.

As lunch was very late and also very filling, supper was a light mixed salad with a large spoonful of nutritional yeast sprinkled on top, followed by some of that huge chocolate fudge cake I made on Sunday!
