There’s nothing like shortbread. So simple, yet tasty! I made mine with wholemeal flour this time and really enjoyed it.
250g Wholemeal flour
65g Caster sugar
Place the ingredients in a food processor and mix until it looks like breadcrumbs. Tip the mixture into your favourite tin; press down and smooth, I use the back of a spoon. Cook at 160C for about 3/4 hour. Remove from the oven and cut into shapes straightaway. Let the shortbread cool in the tin and remove once firm. I like to sprinkle some icing sugar over the top once cool.
