Chocolate Brownies

Swedish coffee time is very important!!! Hence my baking of chocolate brownies for 3.00pm coffee.

Equal measures of dairy-free margarine and sugar; cream together. A double measure of flour (include the cocoa powder and baking powder); add to creamed mixture and stir well. Add as much water as you need to turn it into a cake mixture consistency. Turn into a baking tray that has been oiled and floured; cook at about 180-190C for approximately 40-45 minutes, until it feels springy and knife comes out clean.
