Curly Kale Stirfry

Ingredients:

Curly Kale
Red Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Cashew Nuts
Dark Soy Sauce
Ground Black Pepper
Sunflower Oil

Brown Rice

The best piece of kitchen equipment I’ve ever bought has to be my electric wok! Into the wok went sunflower oil, chopped onion, garlic, red and yellow pepper, and kale. Cook for about 5 minutes and taste to see if vegetables are cooked, cook for longer if you like your veg softer!

Add the soy sauce, ground black pepper and cashews at the end, and heat through again once you have cooked the brown rice.

Delicious!
